Snuggly Winter OOTD: Ft. Blue Vanilla*

Well, Happy New Year (better late than never!) I can't believe this is my first post of 2015, I'm an absolutely awful blogger. College is wearing me down at the minute, so I need to concentrate on my exams and coursework. I'll try and keep up with my blog but expect fewer posts from me over these next few months. Hopefully I'll be back to normal fairly soon though (I have a few posts lined up that I'm looking forward to writing).

I recently received this gorgeous Reanna Roll Neck Checked Poncho from Blue Vanilla the other week and it's perfect for winter. I've wanted a poncho for a while now, so when I got this delivered I knew it was spot on as soon as I tried it on. You can throw it on over pretty much any outfit; it's like being snuggled in a big blanket!

The checked pattern is really trendy as well and the subtle design adds a bit of colour, but also keeps it basic, making it versatile! It comes in one size, so fits pretty much everybody and it has a thick roll neck so it keeps me warm in the chilly weather.

It reminds me of a big, warm picnic blanket with the frayed hemline at the bottom. I love wearing this when I haven't got much to wear, as I can throw it on top of my outfit and no-one will ever know what dreadful top I'm wearing underneath!

This originally cost £30.00 but has reduced down to £15.00.

Check out Blue Vanilla here.

I'll definitely be shopping here in the Spring! It looks like a great online shop filled with my sort of clothes!

Autumn College OOTD: Ft. CelebLook*

T-Shirt, Jeans & Bag: H&M
Scarf & Shoes: Primark
Cardigan: CelebLook

I recently got the opportunity to pick something off of www.celeblook.co.uk to review and now that it's getting colder, I decided to pick something thick and warm as I know that I'll wear it often these next few months. I incorporated it into this outfit of the day that I wore for college, alongside a plain white T, a pair of dark blue skinny jeans and a black leather bag from H&M. I also wore a cream scarf and my new black suede boots from Primark; I went for quite a plain, casual look as the cardigan's bold aztec print is the main focus of the outfit.

I love thick woolly knits in the autumn and winter time, as they're so cosy and manage to keep you snuggled up and warm throughout the day. I love the bold print on this cardigan and the neutral colours, which means it will go with a lot of outfits. It's really thick and loose, which means you don't have to worry when ordering online about the sizing.

On CelebLook, the sizing isn't that specific; most of their clothes range from small to large but they also have a plus size range too, meaning there are clothes to fit everybody! The clothes are reasonably priced and there a whole load to choose from; from pretty dresses to winter coats ready for the upcoming season.

A lot of their clothes are celebrity inspired (hence the name) and their autumn selection is jam-packed with oversized parkas, chunky knits and faux fur coats!

OOTD: WalG Daisy Dress Review*

I recently received an absolutely stunning daisy chain collar dress from the brand WalG and I'm in love with it. It was so nice of them to send me a sample of clothing; it felt like Christmas morning when I opened it! The reason why I chose this dress is because I really liked the design; the floral print will look great this season and the collar makes it look very pretty and elegant. I don't usually buy collar dresses, but as soon as I saw this I knew that I'd love wearing it.

Not only will this dress look lovely in summer with a pair of flip flops or even converse, but I can also wear it in the autumn months with a pair of tights and boots (or brogues), which makes it versatile and worth the money if you get more wear out of it throughout the year. You could also team it with a leather jacket!

Not only that, it's also a really nice fit and very comfortable. I was worried when ordering as the sizes only come in small to large (no number sizes) so I was a bit concerned that it might not be a good fit - but I was wrong as it's quite a loose dress anyway; it's just right!

The chiffon material makes the dress feel very light when you have it on; even though it's chiffon, don't worry as it's not see-through! It has an under layer, which is always good. There's also a zip at the back, so there's no struggling to get into it. There's a button at the nape of the neck too, so it's secure and so that the collar sits snugly around your neck (but not tight like a choker! But be careful not to get your foundation on it hehe!)

At £30.00, I definitely recommend this dress. It's available in a variety of different floral patterns and colours too. Overall, this brand was really easy to work with and supplied the dress very quickly. Check them out at http://walg.co.uk/ - for dresses and playsuits, to jumpers and knits, you're bound to find something you like!

OOTD: Faux Fur And Jeans

Hi everyone! I know I haven't done a post in nearly a week, but I've been quite busy (and also have a mild case of blogger's block) however, I'm hoping to have more posts up this week.

I thought I would show you my outfit that I'm wearing today. It's still very cold at the moment, so I thought I would wear my leopard print fur headband/hat from Next. It keeps my ears warm and also covers up a bad hair day!

I'm also wearing a dark purple woolly jumper from River Island teamed with a black leather jacket from New Look. I love this jacket, as you can wear it throughout the year. It has a black fur collar which is suitable for Winter, which you can remove if you choose to wear the jacket in Spring.

I'm also wearing some skinny jeans from Next. I wear these jeans quite regularly; I've had them for a while and they are great quality.

This is quite a quick post for today; it's hard to photograph OOTDs but hopefully I'll find a good place to take photos very soon!
